Took about 15 minutes to get it installed at a local car accessories showroom. Contacted the product support via WA and they helped activate it in another 30 minutes.
Please take clear pictures of the device and insert an activated SIM card before installing it so that the support team can help activate faster. They are very prompt with responses.
