Honda Cars India launches Any Time Warranty program for 10 years

Honda City BS6 petrol is now available in the price range of Rs 9.91 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and Rs 14.31 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Honda Cars India has launched the annual Any Time Warranty program that a customer can buy till 10 years of vehicle usage from the time of its initial purchase. The carmaker had previously offered the package up to seven years in 2014.

According to Honda Cars India, the Any Time Warranty program will reduce the total ownership cost of the vehicle and also increase the resale value. The new package, which is transferable with a change in car ownership, is claimed to be the longest warranty coverage provided by any automobile company in India.

The Any Time Warranty program provides coverage of one year or 20,000 km. For availing the package, the age of the Honda vehicle should be less than 10 years (from policy start date) and the odometer reading should be below 1.20 lakh km from the new vehicle sale date.

Now, a customer can go for the Any Time Warranty program even after the expiry of standard warranty or extended warranty. However, the vehicle will be required to qualify a formal inspection by an authorized dealer in case of a break-in warranty and preventive maintenance service.

Under the Any Time Warranty, the dealer will repair or replace any part which proves to be defective within the limits of the program without charging the customer any sum.

Honda Cars India recently launched the City BS6 petrol in the price range of Rs 9.91 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and Rs 14.31 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Honda City BS6 petrol is equipped with a 1.5-liter, 4-cylinder, water-cooled, SOHC, the i-VTEC engine that makes 119 PS and 145 Nm of torque. It is offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox and an optional CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission).
